First Day of Kindergarten and Third Grade...

Happy 4th of July!

Happy Easter 2016

The boys enjoy about 1,000 jelly beans each today as they celebrate the resurrection of Christ. So predictable.

The Easter bunny pooped black jelly beans all over the floor again this year. Again, so predictable.

Turning off media means...

... More time for building cup towers, sewing with mom, finding new skateboard parks, playing "settlers" in the backyard, climbing from one side of the swing set to the other without touching the ground, puzzles on a tabletop and generally getting along better.

So glad we took the challenge!

Another Beautiful Day at Cincinnati Nature Center

Hiking on a brisk spring day with Nonnie and Paw Paw... I hope my kids will always look back and see these kind of days in their childhood.

Fun Run 2015

Howie's school had a Fun Run Fundraiser and boy what a blast!
I love that the school did a 10 day promotional time of physical exercise and positive messages about friendship and being a responsible person.  

Howie did the maximum laps (and a few extra that were not marked!) and his family supported him with some amazing pledges.
